Corrections, questions and the things we get wrong

There is no form on this page, because there is no mailing list behind it. Here is how to reach the site and what happens when you do.

How to reach us

Write to [email protected]. That address reaches the person who maintains the figures on this site, and it is the only channel — there is deliberately no contact form here, because a form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and there is no email service wired to this site to receive one.

What gets answered first

Corrections. If a price, a row ceiling or an import rule on this site is wrong, that is the most useful message you can send, and it goes to the top of the pile. Include the page you saw it on and, if you have it, the vendor URL that says otherwise.

A correction to a figure is not a wording change here. Every number lives in one source file that the charts read, so fixing it moves the sentence, the table and the chart together.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot advise on your migration. Switchyard describes what vendors publish. It does not know your field structure, your integrations or your contract, and a page cannot responsibly tell you what to do with them.
  • We cannot get you a discount. There are no codes here and there never will be; several of the programmes behind the partner links on this site prohibit them outright, and the rest would still be a bad reason to trust a table.
  • We cannot tell you what a vendor will quote you. Anything above a self-serve tier is negotiated, and this site only prints what is published.

For vendors

If you are a CRM vendor and a figure here misreads your page, send the URL and the correct reading. It will be checked at the source and changed if you are right, and the change will be dated. What will not happen is a figure being removed because it is unflattering, or a page being shown to you before it is published.
